Shipping and Returns Policy

UK Delivery

Standard delivery within the UK is free on all orders. I use Royal Mail and Evri for most of the parcels, but may use other couriers during busy times, or for larger parcels. 

To enable me to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, I may pass on your contact details to the carrier partners. These details may allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS and/or email.

Many of my products, such as bespoke hats, are made to order, therefore I can't guarantee a specific delivery date. If you require a product for a specific date please contact me on 07900 266212 or email kate@katehillheaddresses.co.uk

International Delivery

International delivery is £25 for all purchases. 

All International orders will be given a tracking number to see the updates of your delivery status, but please allow up to 30 working days from placing your order for your item(s) to arrive.

Returns Policy

All of the shelf items from Kate Hill's Headdresses are eligible for a full refund within the first 28 days after purchase.

Any commissioned/ bespoke pieces, such as bespoke fascinators, do not qualify for any refund.
